It is affiliated to the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (A Statutory Body under Government of West Bengal Act XXVI of 2013), approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and provides Diploma Level (CIVIL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGGINEERING and ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANTSHIP) Technical Education to its students. S.N. Bose Govt. Polytechnic was established in 2014 and name is dedicated to our beloved Indian Physicist Shri Satyendra Nath Bose ( 1 January 1894 - 4 February 1974 ) the inventor of Boson Particle.
