Sheikhpara A.R.M. Polytechnic has an interactive Training and Placement Cell (TPC) that acts as catalyst to produce our students as skilled professionals. The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide a platform for our students to use their potential and to gain valuable experience by working in industry. It also acts as the interface between various companies seeking talented young diploma students in various disciplines of CSWT, FPT and MLT. 
TP Cell of the Institute is engaged in conducting Campus interview (On-campus/off-campus), industrial/ hospital visit, industrial/hospital training, career guidance programs, seminar, students counseling and entrepreneurship development activities.
