The function of this committee is mainly to give maximum benefits to the students through various activities organized by the polytechnic and academic success of students. Beside this the other functions are:
- Assist the learning process of students.
- Listening to their problems or issues and solve or finding the way of development. 
- Development of relation between students and teachers of our polytechnic as well as the relation between Parents & Polytechnic.
- Working and inspiring for extra curriculum activities like, music, sports etc.
- Organizing various activities for personality development of students.
- Arrangement of special schedule for slow learner students.
