The purpose of the Green Campus Committee shall be to advise and establish policy and practice, with the approval of the appropriate administrator/s, on issues related to the investigation, advocacy, and implementation for creating a green GCC campus, from its physical plant to its educational programs.

The Green Campus Committee comprises of the following officials:
1. Dr. Hasimur Rahaman, Convener, Lecturer in Chemistry and HOD of Science & Humanities
2. Mr. Arpan Dutta, Member, Lecturer in Physics
3. Mr. Pulak Ghosh, Member, Lecturer in Civil Engineering
4. Ms. Cynthia Moin, Member, Lecturer in Humanities
