Rajganj Government Polytechnic is one of the youngest polytechnics of West Bengal, having the first batch admitted in the year of 2016. Sensing the high demand of diploma engineers in the industries, the Government of West Bengal has set up a number of Polytechnics in recent years spreading in every corner of this state . Setting up of Polytechnic in rural areas such as Rajganj Government Polytechnic opens up the opportunity to the local students to build their career without leaving their home- a boon for the lower income group people. Since the premises of Rajganj Government Polytechnic has been built comparatively recently, it has all the modern facilities that an ideal engineering institution should possess. Moreover, the design of the building has been made in line with the requirements made mandatory by the AICTE. This Polytechnic has all the resources needed for imparting quality engineering education having dedicated and experienced faculties ready to help the students always. I am proud to become a part of such a dynamic and flourishing institution as Rajganj Government Polytechnic.
