Welcome to Raipur Government Polytechnic. Raipur Government Polytechnic is situated in the Jungle Mahal Area under Bankura District of West Bengal and it is the 3rd Government Polytechnic in the district. The Institute is affiliated to the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development, a statutory body of Govt. of West Bengal and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The Institute received the Letter of Approval from AICTE in 2016.
With its eco-friendly environment surrounded by lush green meadows and jungles, Raipur Govt. Polytechnic campus provides an ambient atmosphere for academics and overall development of students skill. Today the institute boasts of state-of-the art laboratories, well equipped workshops, an ever growing library, computer centre etc. And above all highly efficient and dedicated faculty members always try to impart best technical education to the students to become quality diploma engineers in their respective fields. We also focus on extra -curricular activities, sports, cultural activities etc. for personal and social development of the students besides academic excellence.
