The candidates are admitted through Counselling on the basis of Merit list of the following exams conducted by the WBSCT&VE&SD:

1. JEXPO    -For candidates seeking admission to 1st year of Diploma Programs.
2. VOCLET - For candidates seeking lateral admission directly to 2nd year of Diploma Programs.


JEXPO: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Candidates must be Indian Citizen.
2. Candidates must have passed/appeared Secondary (10th) or its equivalent examination with English, Physical 
    Science/Science, Mathematics among others as subjects securing at least 35% marks (no rounding up) as per AICTE 
    norms excluding the marks of the subject taken as additional.
3. There is a lower age limit but no upper age limit.

VOCLET: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Candidates must be Indian Citizen.
2. Candidates must have passed/appeared (10+2) examination conducted by WBSCT&VE&SD (VED) or have passed 2 
     years ITI after Madhaymik or equivalent examination.
3. There is no age limit
