Eligibility Criterion for Admission: (Last updated:04th May 2020)

1st Year :      Citizenship : Must be an Indian Citizen.   /   Age: At least 15 years and there is no upper age limit. 

Must have passed the Secondary / Madhyamik or its equivalent examination with English, Physical Science / Science and Mathematics among others as subjects securing at least 35% marks (no rounding up) in aggregate as per AICTE norms.

2nd Year :      Citizenship : Must be an Indian Citizen.   /   Age: There is no age limit.

Must have passed or appeared the (10+2) Examination of the WBSCT&VE&SD or having passed two years ITI plus Madhyamik or equivalent examination passed. Appeared candidates for ITI examination are not eligible for the VOCLAT Examination. Candidates having passed vocational course from council / boards other than WBSCT&VE&SD (VED) are not elligible.
