The structure of the Institute unites key authorities including The principal/Officer-in-Charge & the Governing Body. The Principal/O-I-C, is the key coordinator, at top of the hierarchy, whom the entire Institute reports. The Institute has four Depts (DCE, DCST, DEE, DME), Workshops, Library, TP Cell. Secretary, Academic Council coordinates academic & non-academic programs, Head Clerk handles official jobs. The Governing Body includes external members for shaping the policies of the Institute.
