In 2016, the Department of Civil Engineering was formed which offers three-year Diploma Program in Civil Engineering. The department has well-equipped laboratories for Geotechnical Engineering, lab for civil engineering materials, lab for hydraulics and an AutoCad lab. The department maintains a close and robust relationship with various sectors and organizations, including L&T, Simplex etc. The department hosts an industry visit each year for students in their final and second years. The department organizes career counseling programs using a variety of structures and methods. Nearly 40% of students enroll in reputable institutes across the state and nation to pursue higher education (B.E./B.Tech). Some are also being hired directly for reputable industries through campus interviews.
